The Research Methods Knowledge Base is a comprehensive web-based textbook that addresses all of the topics in a typical introductory undergraduate or graduate course in social research methods.

CASS is a programme of short courses in applied social surveys run by the Southampton Statistical Sciences Research Institute (S3RI) at the University of Southampton and is part of the ESRC National Centre for Research Methods (NCRM). CASS continues the successful short course programme established in 1995 as part of the Centre for Applied Social Surveys, an ESRC Resource Centre.
